Established in 2018
Victory Aid was established in August of 2018 with a mission to support a community in need of individual and community based supports. In 2022, Victory Aid extended their mission for individuals in need of employment support. Here at Victory Aid, it is our mission to continue to provide and accomplish any desires needed by the individuals and their families.

Welcome to Victory Aid LLC
Your reliable community-based provider for the New Jersey Division for Developmental Disabilities (DDD). Established as a provider agency in August 2018, we’ve been diligently serving the community by meeting the mandates and requirements set by the New Jersey DDD. Our vision is to become one of the most dependable and trusted DDD providers in the state, extending our services to all counties in New Jersey.
Our CEO and founder, Matthew Nicastro, a member of the Harrison Fire Department and former military, leads our agency with a wealth of experience and a heart full of empathy for individuals and groups with physical and cognitive disabilities. Matthew’s passion for helping others drives Victory Aid LLC to excel in delivering the programs and services offered by the DDD.
We are dedicated to the DDD’s mission of supporting families, groups, individuals, and communities to live fulfilling lives in the community, regardless of their disabilities. Our services encompass family support, medical care, employment assistance, career planning, home care, and various other services aimed at fostering independence. One of our unique programs involves hiring family members to care for their adult loved ones with developmental disabilities.
